This is an excellent breakfast to kick-start your day. Tangy and sweet this Poha upma is best for brunch too. This is also a very good lunchbox option.
Steps

Chop vegetables. Take oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Once splutters add curry leaves and vegetables. Add pinch of salt and turmeric Cover it and cook it until done on slow flame.

Rinse Poha in tap water in a colander. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, sugar and lemon juice to it. Mix it with cooked vegetables. Stir nicely. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add curd to it. Mix it nicely.

Add peanuts. Serve it hot.
