Ingredients

  • 1 bowlpoha
  • 2onion finally chopped
  • 2green chilli finally chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • Green coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the poha with water till it gently soft.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan,add oil, and mustard seeds.

  3. 3

    Add onion,saute it till brown.Now add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,green chilli and mix poha

  4. 4

    Mix well and garnish with green coriander.Ready to serve.
