Ingredients

  1. 2onion
  2. 1/2 cupgrated cauliflower
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1.1/2 cup besan
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. Pinchhing
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add besan,red chilli powder,hing,ajwain,salt and water mix well make a paida batter.

  2. 2

    Add veggies in batter mix it well

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add pakode and deep fry till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chat masala and serve with green chutney.
