Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. As neededoil and ghee

Cooking Instructions

    At first mix sugar, baking powder,salt,oil into the flour

  2. 2

    Now knead the dough with milk and water if needed

  3. 3

    Keep it for rest at least one hour

  4. 4

    Now knead it again and divide into small balls

  5. 5

    Take a ball roll it round and make cut marks like strips

  6. 6

    Fold it overlapping the strips applying ghee on each strips

  7. 7

    Now roll it round and test again for 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Do rest of the rolls following the same process

  9. 9

    Now roll each of the balls into desired shape with soft hand over the rolling board

  10. 10

    Heat a skillet and fry the paratha with ghee
