Ingredients

  1. 2spinich pav
  2. 1/2 cupboiled potato
  3. 2 Tspcauliflower
  4. 2 Tspcarrot chopped
  5. 3 tspGreen peas
  6. 2 TspCapsicum chopped
  7. 1 Tspchopped chilli
  8. 1 Tspgarlic chopped
  9. 1 Tspginger chopped
  10. 2 Tspcoriander leaf
  11. 1 Tspcumin
  12. 2 Tsppav bhaji masala
  13. 1 Tspdry mango powder
  14. 1 Tsptamarind powder
  15. Salt as required
  16. 1onion chopped
  17. 1tomato chopped
  18. 2 Tspbutter
  19. 2 Tspgratedcheese

Steps

    In a pan put 2 cup of water, keep it on the gas,

    Let it boil add couliflower, peas,carrot,boil it 2 miniutes.

  3. 3

    Then remove it from the flame & drained it.

  4. 4

    Mash it little.keep it a side.

  5. 5

    Take a pan put butter in it.

  6. 6

    Add cumin seeds,let it cracle.

  7. 7

    Add ginger, garlic,saute it.

  8. 8

    Add onion pink it.

  9. 9

    Add chilli stir it.

  10. 10

    Now add all spices mix it.

  11. 11

    Add tomato,cook it 1 miniute.

  12. 12

    Add all boil veggies mix it.

  13. 13

    Add potatoes.cook it 5 miniutes.

    Add 1 cup water & mash all veggies very well.

    Cook it 2 miniutes in the high flam so that water reduce.

    Add mango & tamarind powder.

    Add coriander leaf mix it very well.

  18. 18

    Now take pav cut it in square in the center make hole in it with scratch the bread.

    It is a vegetarian spinich pav.easily available in the market.

    Grease it with butter inside & outside.

    Fill the bhaji in it put some Butter & cheesein it.

    Keep it 5 miniutes in the preheated oven at 180 degree.

    Now take it out from the oven

    Serve it hot - hot with sauce or green chuteny.
