Steps

Wash turmeric n dry it with clean towel. Peel it n grate turmeric n Aamla together.

Heat oil in pan till it reaches it's smoking point then let it cool... When oil is little hot add kalaunji, Fenugreek seeds, cloves, black pepper in it. N keep them for cool.

In grated turmeric add salt, chilli powder, mustard dal n lemon juice mix it well.

When oil cool completely pour it in turmeric mix it again.

V healthy pickle.. Specially made in winter.
