Steps

Mix wheat flour,refned flour,salt,carom seeds and 2 spoon oil in a bowl

Knead a soft dough by adding water

Peel and mash boiled potatoes

Mix salt,veggies,kalonji,green chilli,ginger,fennel seeds,seasme and other spices in potatoes and mix well

Devide the dough into 4 portions and roll into a big thin circle
- 6
Spread potato mixture on it and roll tightly
- 7
Cut into 2" size and gently press between palms
- 8
Roast from both sides by applying oil on pan
- 9
Serve with sauce.
