In a big vessel, add milk n sugar, n keep simmering for 8-10min.

Make chikoo shake with 4pc chikoo n 1cup of regular milk. Chopp apple, mango, banana n chikoo. Keep in fridge.

When milk is thickens, mix custard powder into 1/2cup of milk n add gradually into milk. Keep stirring the milk. Add cardamom powder.

Let it cool down completely. (We keep that vassel into ice cold water to cool down fast) then add chikoo shake, chopped fruits nd put it into fridge for 2hr. Last when serving add pomegranate seeds.

Serve chilled.
