Boil milk in a flat pan until the milk is reduced to about 1/4th of it's original quantity.

Do not forget to stir continuously, once the milk is reduced, add cardamom powder, saffron and mix well.
Allow it to boil till milk turns light yellowish. - 3
Remove from heat and set aside. Once it comes to room temperature refrigerate for some time.
Now take the bread slices and slice it as two triangles. - 4
Heat ghee/butter in a pan and shallow fry the bread till they are crisp and golden brown on each side.

Arrange it on the serving dish. Pour the rabri over the bread slices and garnish with the chopped nuts.
