  1. 3/4 kgflour
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. 2large bunches spinach
  4. Salt butter
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1large onion
  7. 1knorr cube

Steps

    Put the water in a pan boil.

  2. 2

    Add the flour to form a hip

  3. 3

    Let the water boil to cover the flour

  4. 4

    Stiring into a paliable not hard dough.

  5. 5

    Wash and shred your spinach

  6. 6

    Heat your butter,until melted but not smoky and saut'e in the onions.

  7. 7

    Add the garlic,salt and a cube of knorr

  8. 8

    Serve as shown with some protein.
