It’s a must receipe for Ganesh Chaturthi and tried with milk instead of coconut milk

Take a pan and boil a glass of water.
Once the water starts boiling turn off.
In a mixing bowl take Idiyappam flour, salt, sugar and one spoon gingelly oil.
Add hot water little by little and mix. - 2
Knead it well and make a small balls.

Heat two glass of water and allow it to boil.

Add modhak balls one by one. Leave it as it is for 2-3 minutes. Do not stir as it will break.

Cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame and add milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

Stir for five minutes.Add 1 spoon full of Idiyappam flour to get creamy texture.Yummy and fluffy milk modhak is ready to serve...
