Semolina Bread "Harcha" (Traditional Moraccan breakfast Bread)

Take semolina in a deep mixing bowl add sugar, salt, baking powder and dry mix it

Now add melted butter in this and again mix it nicely with hand and prepare crumbly mixture

Now add milk and start to knead soft and smooth dough and left the dough for 15 minutes for rise the semolina

After 15 minutes notice the dough if it's so hard than add some milk and again knead soft dough

Other side heat a pan on low flame, take a small batch of semolina dough flat with fingers and cut it with Cookie cutter for perfect shape and size

Now transfer this carefully on hot tawa

When one side completely done than flip it to cook other side don't disturb in-between otherwise it will break

When both side done take it out and do same with remaining dough

Now serve this bread with fetta cheese, saur cream, crumbled egg salad with cheese, jam, honey, tea, coffee, kahwa (it's optional) and enjoy the taste of this unique Moraccan semolina bread "Harcha"
