Makki ki roti ki churi is traditional Punjabi sweet dessert of winters. Every punjabi likes it.

Sieve makki ka atta. Add lukewarm water. Knead soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Take some portion of dough. Dust some flour on working area. Flatten with your palm. Make makki round roti.

Heat tawa. Place roti carefully on tawa. Cook on medium flame.

Drizzle ghee over it. Cook until crispy on both sides.

Now makki ki roti is ready. Heat ghee.

Break roti in small pieces. Add jaggery and hot ghee. Mash with your hands.

Churi is ready. Add chopped dry fruits. Serve hot churi.
