In a basin pour your flour 3/4 of the packet and add in all the dry ingredients and mix in the flour.

Create a well and start pouring in the warm water bit by bit while kneading.

Repeat the same process until the dough is soft and doesn't stick on your hands.

Pour in cooking oil 3/4 of a cup and continue kneading until all the oil is absorbed into the dough and your hands and basin are clean and do not have dough smeared on them.

Cover your dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 - 20minutes.

After 20 minutes transfer your dough to your working area, spread it out using a rolling pin and smear oil on that big chapati and cut into stripes and roll them up to form balls.

Start spreading the balls into chapatis and cook them one by one.

When you've oiled both sides remove from the pan, continue until all the balls are done.
