Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1plantain
  • 3 tablespoonsflour
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/4tspn baking powder
  • 1/2cup.milk
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice plantain, boil for 3-5 minutes till tender, put in a bowl and mash it

    Add egg, milk, sugar, baking powder and flour

    Mix all together, get your waffle mould put on a baking tray and grease with oil or butter, add the batter and bake for 20mins

    Let cool and Serve
