Ingredients

  • 1 kggreen maize
  • 1 kgbeans
  • 1/4 kgnjahi
  • 1/2 kggroundnuts
  • 1/4noe beans(black)

Steps

  1. 1

    Serve hot with either juice, porridge or any beverage of your choice.

  2. 2

    Then add the groundnuts and salt as desired. Let the mixture boil for 20-30 min.

  3. 3

    Simple and very health not forgetting that tge food os yummy.

  4. 4

    For a change you can decide to fry, or add salad or avocado.
