It's very healthy recipe and is a very famous in Karnataka’s breakfast dish.The leaves have a very strong fragrant and pungent taste.It's can be serve along with any Chutney or Dal curry
Steps

Take a bowl add rice flour, salt,jeera,grated carrot, green chillies,onions and mix well (figure 1)and add chopped dill leaves (in figure 2) and mix properly

Then add water and prepare a dough

Take a small portion of dough put on a banana sheet /plastic sheet and roll it's on sheet using oil

Heat pan put a rolled rotti and fry it on both the sides using oil.

Now it's ready to eat with any chutney or dal Curry
