Take a large bowl and add semolina curd and grated bottle guard.mix well.keep aside for 10-15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, chana dal,urad dal,heeng and cashew nuts...saute till golden brown.now add green chilli and curry leaves.switch off the flame

Now transfer ready tadka in idli mixture.mix well.add salt as per taste.now add water as per need make a batter.mix eno salt.transfer batter in idli moulds.cook for 5 minutes in microwave

Serve hot with sambhar,coconut chutney and garlic chutney..
