First make a dough with maida salt oil and water make a smooth Dough and rest it for 1/2 an hour.

Heat a oil in a pan when oil is hot put mustard seeds and cumin seeds and onion when onion becomes light pink add paste of ginger garlic and green chillies and mix well then after add peas and cover lid for 2 mins and add all rest of ingredients and at last put potato and mix well and at last garnish with coriander leaves.

Now make a ball from dough and roll it round and cut into half and make a shape of samosa and seal it with water and stuff aloo masala in it and seal it well with the help of water.

Put oil in a pan for frying when oil get hot, put samosa in it until golden brown. serve it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
