Note (must read it once it might help you in making chocolates)
If moulds are not available the spread that melted chocolate on a clean foil paper sheet or on a polyethyene or in ice freezing tray

Melt the slab through double melting by putting it in a bowl and some water in another steel bowl while it is boiling put the bowl full of chocolates in the boiling water

Mix it continuously

Keep mixing till it can't melts properly

Then let it cool down on room temperature for 4-5 minutes

Then put that melted chocolate in mould of that shape which you want

Put some dry fruits on the top and decorate it

If you want jam inside your chocolates than add jam on the top

Freeze it for 5_6 minutes & enjoy your chocolates
