Take milk in a pan. Turn the heat on. Let the milk come to a boil. Once it starts boiling turn off the gas. After 3-4 mins start adding vinegar little at a time.

Keep stirring and adding the vinegar. Till you see the milk solids floating on top.

Take strainer and line it with muslin cloth. Using that separate the whey and milk solids. Now wash chenna with water

Then gather the cloth and squeeze it till no more water is dripping. Chenna should be hanged for 1/2 hour on the tap.

Take the chenna to the plate. Break it. Now start knead the chenna. While kneading use the pressure from your palm.

Add all purpose flour and knead the chenna.

Knead it till it comes together like a dough

After that divide the dough into 40 equal portion. Using your both hands make smooth balls, balls should not have any cracks

Take a sugar in a pan and add water and turn the heat on.

Then sugar syrup will start to boil, add balls in to the boiling syrup.

Cover it with the lid. After 5 mins remove the lid and turn the balls. Again cover the lid and continue to cook for 12 minutes.

After 17 mins remove the lid and cook chenna balls for 4 to 5 mins without lid.

Turn off the gas

Let it cool down completely.

Now take out the rasgullas on a plate and garnish with pista.
