Ingredients

  • 250 GMpaneer cut in paneer slice
  • 200 gmbesan
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededhaldi
  • As neededred chilli powder
  • As neededoil for frying
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle chaat masala on panner pieces

  2. 2

    In a big bowl add besan, salt,haldi and red chilli powder

  3. 3

    Add required amt of water to make pagoda batter

  4. 4

    Add 1tsp warm oil and mix

  5. 5

    Heat oil in pan

  6. 6

    Dip panner pieces in batter and fry till golden colour.

  7. 7

    At last serve it.
