1/2 kgtomatoes
1/2 inchginger
1 table spoonghee
2 tea spoonsugar
1 tea spoonblack pepper
as per tasteSalt

Grind all tomatos and ginger together.

Filter them with the help of a sieve.

Heat ghee in a pan. When it is heated add this filtered tomato ginger puree.

Add sugar, salt and pepper, after a boil your easy tomato soup is ready.
