Add the wheat flour, warm water, oil, salt in a bowl. Make a tight dough like chappati.

Blanching cauliflower: leave it in warmwater added with turmeric and salt about 15 min. Drain it before use

Take a kadai, heat a tsp of ghee and add ginger garlic paste. Satue it until raw smell goes

Add chopped cauliflower to it.

Add turmeric, cumin, chillI, coorinder powder, salt and saute well. Then add 1/2 cup water, cover it wit lid and cook in low flame.

Once it cooked add garam masala and mix well. Turn off the stove and keep it aside.

Flatten the dough very thick. Add the stuffing and close it.

Now spread the stuffed dough with roller pin.

Heat the tawa. Place the paratha on tawa. Flip it and cook on both sides.

Remove paratha from tawa and spread ghee on it.

It's ready to eat now. Have it with green chutney or onions and lemon or tomato ketchup or mayo dip.
