Coconut & strawberry truffles
Steps

Wash and cut strawberry in small pieces.

Heat a pan. Add strawberry pieces and 2 tbsp sugar. Cook it on medium flame until strawberry becomes tender.

Switch off gas and blend it and make puree.

Put Kadhai on gas. Add strawberry puree, desiccated coconut, milk powder, beetroot juice and Powdered sugar. Stir all. Cook until all mixture leaves sides of Kadhai.

Switch off gas and let it cool. Make lemon size laddoos.

Coat them in desiccated coconut. Laddoos are ready.

Keep them in fridge for 15-20 to set. Enjoy with your valentine.
