    Parboil rice, wash and cooked for 15mins on a low heat

  2. 2

    Add red oil on a clean pot, on the gas, allow oil to bleach little,add onions, Maggie, add tomatoes (grind with pepper),Add lucust beans, dry fish,curry and cover on a heat for 15mins.
