Rinse and cut the carrots,tomatoes,pepper,green pepper,green beans.

Break and whisk egg add salt.

Cut out the middle of the bread.

Heat up vegetable oil,fry onion,fresh tomatoes,green pepper,green beans,pepper and lastly carrots.place the outer bread on it use the cut out bread and cover it.

Turn it and pour the whisked egg on it.lower the heat and toast for few minutes.
