Ingredients: 1-1/2 pounds Baby Dutch golden potatoes; 1-1/2 pounds redskin new potatoes; 8 ounces sour cream; as needed water; 1 tablespoons salt; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 8 ounces egg salad make your favorite; 2 ounce cooked bacon chopped finely; 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika; 1/3 cup sweet salad cubes, or sweet pickle relish; 1/2 cup slice ripened black olives

Ingredients

12 servings

1-1/2 poundsBaby Dutch golden potatoes
1-1/2 poundsredskin new potatoes
8 ouncessour cream
as neededwater
1 tablespoonssalt
1/2 teaspoonsalt
8 ouncesegg salad make your favorite
2 ouncecooked bacon chopped finely
1 tablespoonHungarian paprika

Wash and slice the potatoes into manageable bite sized pieces

Put into a pot with 1 tablespoon of salt. And just cover with water. Boil till fork tender.

Drain water and add to a bowl. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chilled hope you enjoy!
