Heres a recipe for homemade buttermilk pancakes; the buttermilk and butter are from my Homemade Butter & Buttermilk recipe.

Mix all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and mix until the clumps are gone.

Heat a griddle or pan on high hight and grease with butter.

Pour batter to desired pancake size and cook until top is bubbly and bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Enjoy with your homemade butter and favorite syrup.
