Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1/4 cupCurd
  3. 1 tbspGinger green chilli paste
  4. 3 tbspBeetroot pulp
  5. 3 tbspHung curd
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. ForTempering:
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. FewCurry Leaves
  11. As requiredSesame seeds
  12. 6-7Green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Soak suji in curd for 1 hour.

    Add pulp of beetroot,ginger chilli paste,oil,and salt and mix well

  3. 3

    Grease muffins mould fill 3/4 and microwave for 4-5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackles add curry patta,sesame seeds and green chillies.

  5. 5

    Apply hung curd on muffins.Pour tempering on top of muffins.
