Wash the chicken and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, vinegar, and all the spices. Add the chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for about 2 hours.

Place the chicken mixture in a pan over heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook until the chicken is done. Do not let all the liquid evaporate, so the chicken stays moist.
