Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsboneless, skinless chicken (about 500 grams)
  2. 3 tablespoonsplain yogurt

  4. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  5. 2 teaspoonschicken shawarma spice mix
  6. 1 teaspoonchicken seasoning
  7. 1 teaspoonseven spice blend
  8. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  9. 1 teaspoononion powder
  10. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  11. 1 teaspoondried cilantro
  12. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  13. 1/2 teaspoonground cardamom

    Wash the chicken and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.
