1Whole Avocado Mashed
1/2 CupNonfat Greek Yogurt
2 TbspLime Juice
to TasteCilantro
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder & Garlic Salt

Mix up mashed avocado and yogurt with the lime juice and season with spices and chopped cilantro to taste.

Chili & Panko Crusted Tilapia:
Season tilapia with chili powder and then top with a small amount of Panko bread crumbs. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
