Milk Pies
This recipe is very easy to make anytime..
Steps

Crust: In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and combine until mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.

Roll dough into half centimeter thickness. Cut with round cookie cutter with diameter about 9 cm (or size of your choice) and fit into pie plate smaller than your cookie cutter.

Filling: Mix well all the filling ingredients. Strain the mixture to get smooth filling.

Pour the filling to the crust and bake in 180˚C oven for about 10 minutes.

Notes: if you want the filling to be sweeter, add the condensed milk and reduce the water with the amount milk added..
