Steps

Mix refined flour,salt,carom seeds, kalonji,4 spoon oil and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead a dough

Peel and mashed potatoes

Heat 3 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds,ginger chilli paste,onion and grated garlic

Saute until it turn golden brown

Aff potato,salt and other spices

Mix well and let it cool

Decide the dough in 6 part and stuff the potato stuffing inside it

Roll gently without cracks

Deep fry in hot oil

Serve with sauce
