Marwadi dhokla (bikaner special)

Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and water and make a smooth and lumpless batter.

And allow it rest for 5 minutes.

At the same time take a pan and heat 1 table spoon ghee then add mustard seeds than tomato puree and boil it for 2 minutes than add sugar, salt, red chilli powder, sesame and chopped green chilli and boil again for 5 minutes and turn off the gas than add chopped coriander leaves.

Now take dhokla batter and add eno powder and mix well.

Now grease the idli moulds.

Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam the dhokla. for 15 - 17 minutes.

Serve marwadi dhokla with tomato chutney or tomato sauce.
