Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgcabbage
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • pinchhing
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cabbage and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin and hing when crackle add spices and roast it,

  3. 3

    Now add chopped cabbage,peas and potatoes,cover and cook till soft the veggies.

  4. 4

    Mix well add garam masala and amchur.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with rice/roti/paratha.
