Steps

Take garlic cloves cut pieces vertically

Heat a pan pour ghee add garlic already chopped fry well once garlic turns colour take out into a bowl.

Pour milk allow it to boil it should be thick then add garlic already fried

Boil for 5 mins garlic with milk then add sugar,condensed milk, cardomom powder,dry fruit pieces and again boil for 2 mins.

Garlic has a strong fragrance but in this kheer the taste is different with my innovatieve idea.

Take a serving bowl pour garlic payasam then garnish with fried garlic pieces and saffron strands ready to serve.
