Steps

First wash carrots, cut carrots as thin as possible

Now take pan add milk add milk powder boil, mix well, and boil until it is reduced to half in the quantity and keep the bowl aside

Now take another pan add ghee add bay leaves fry, now add carrots stirring continuously until it becomes soft and leaves oil from the carrots

Now add cardamom powder mix well add half of dry fruits mix well add milk mix all the ingredients, add boil

Now add nolan gur mix it, keep boiling when it done add to the bowl and spread dry fruits and cherry
