Ingredients

  • 4 Cupwheat flour
  • 500 galoo (boiled & mashed)
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 tspAmchur
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tspHing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add wheat flour and salt and oil 2 tsp and add water and prepare the dough and keep aside for 15 min..

  2. 2

    In a pan put oil and heat and add fennel seeds and jeera and add hing and add onions and fry for 2 min then add ginger and all dry masalas and add mashed potatoes and mix well and. fry for 5 min then add coriander leaves the masala is ready..

    Take a wheat dough and roll the circle and in middle fill the masala and give round shape ball and roll the paratha.

    In a tawa apply oil and put paratha and apply oil and filp the paratha and apply oil and fry it.

    Aloo paratha is ready. Serve with fresh curd and ketchup
