Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1 cuprava (sooji/semolina)
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1/2 cupmaida
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2green chillies,finely chopped
  6. 5-6curry leaves, chopped
  7. 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 4 cupswater (approx)
  9. Some Oil,for roasting dosa
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. ForTomato garlic chutney:
  12. 4tomatoes chopped
  13. 5-6garlic cloves
  14. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, add all the ingredients to make the batter.Take rava,Maida, rice flour, in a bowl.and add chopped chilli, cumin seeds,curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt as required, and add 4 cups water and mix in well and depending on the quality of rava and rice flour, you can add less or more water

    Batter consistency is thin

    Before preparing dosas, mix the batter very well.Spread some oil on the tawa do make sure that the tawa is hot

    If there are big or small gaps,then fill them lightly with the batter on full flame cook the dosa and top and sides sprinkle oil for cooked and both side

  5. 5

    Cook till the base is golden and crispy

  6. 6

    Ready to served.

    Tomato garlic chutney grind all ingredients are mixer jar into a nice paste and it's ready.
