Rinse, peel and chop the veggies.You can also add veggies of your choice.Cook them in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water.Add peas to it.Once done, check and keep aside.

Heat a kadhai and add oil.Add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds start to crackle, add onions.

When onion turns transculent, add ginger garlic paste and salt. Now add all the spices except pav bhaji Masala.

Add tomatoes to it and saute well. Saute till tomatoes become soft and mushy.Now add capsicum and chillies.

If the mixture starts sticking to the pan, add little water and mix well. Don't cook the capsicum till very soft. A little crunch is alright.

Add all the cooked veggies along with the vegetable stock.Mix well.

Add pav bhaji Masala now and mix properly.

With potato masher, mash all the veggies in the kadai itself. Now squeeze lemon juice and mix well.

Keep on stirring occasionally & let the bhaji simmer for 8/10 mins. The consistency of the bhaji should be neither very thin not thick.

When the bhaji is simmering, you can fry the pav with little butter.

Now take a plate,put bhaji and Garnish with chopped onion & coriander.Put lemon piece also.

Enjoy hot and yummy pav bhaji.
