Make a paste of coconut, cashews, Poppy seeds by adding little water.

Now in cooker or pan boil the Potatoes, Carrot and Green Peas.

Now in a kadhai add oil, now add onions saute till it turns light brown. Add diced tomatoes. Cook it they become soft.

Now Add the boiled carrot and green peas. Saute for few min. Add the paste. After cooking it for a few min. Now add all the spieces, curd, coriander and mint leaves. Cook until oil separates (or 2 min)

Now add Boiled aloo pieces. Add little water of required consistency. Cook it closing with a lid for 5 mins in a very low flame. The Delicious Curry is Ready to Serve.
