Debone the chicken drumsticks completely and chop into small pieces.

Heat 2 liters (about 8 1/2 cups) of water in a pot and add 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Let it boil for 10 minutes.

Chop the vegetables into small cubes.

Once the pot of water is hot, add the chicken and lower the temperature (this is to cook it slowly and retain the nutrients). Let it cook for 15 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped vegetables and season with a little salt and pepper (this is to enhance the flavor). Let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Finally, for serving: pour the soup into a bowl and enjoy with some tortillas and a good homemade salsa.
