Chicken with asparagus, mushrooms and wild rice

Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 100 gmushrooms
  3. 8asparagus
  4. 1/2onion
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt & pepper
  7. Dried oregano
  8. Balsamic vinegar
  9. 150 grice
  10. Chicken seasoning
  11. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the asparagus for a few minutes and take them off the water. In the same water boil the wild rice for 20 mins. Drain rice.

    In a pan add the olive oil, onions and saute for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and asparagus and cook for 5 mins. Remove from fire.

    Add the chicken into the pan and cook for 5 mins until they become crispy, add also chicken seasoning.

    Toss the vegetables in the pan with the chicken and mix, add a cup of water and cook for 10 mins. I also added a few stripes of lemon for extra juice.

    Add the rice in a plate and the chicken, i also added a piece of greek feta. Enjoy!! Really tasty!!
