When I have busy day, I don't have time to prepare complicated meals, so I learnt to make easy ones with ingredients that I always have in my fridge. This is one of them. 😊

First you need to heat the oil in the pan. Vegetables (garlic, onions, carrots and paprika) have to be tinly chopped and ready for frying. You can also add vegetables that you like, for example zucchini, or yellow paprika, prairie..

When oil is hot enough you can put onions and garlic. It is very important to respect the order of putting things in the pan because you don't want frowned vegetables. First you put solid vegetables like onions and garlic. When onions get their brown color, you can add carrots and paprika. Put the lid on your pan, and occasionaly smash it with the fork.

When you feel that great smell of mixed vegetables you can add herbal spices. This part is my favorite. You can add everything you like, for example fresh chopped parsley, dill.. I had Turkish herbal spices for chicken so I used it. It smells amazing.

Cut the chicken breasts in smaller slices. Add salt and papper. I like to marinade it in lemon juice and mustard for a half of hour. After that put it in other pan and fry.

When the vegetables and chicken is over both, mix it in one pan and fry it for a while, until they get together. And voila, it is over. Enjoy 🤗
