Finely chopped spring onion greens, coriander leaves put into a bowl.

Add schezwan chutney, mashed potatoes, salt & mix well.

Divide the dough into 4equal portion.

Shape each into a katori, place generous amount of potato mixer in it. & bring in the edges & seal.

Heat a non stick tawa.

Roll out each stuffed balls in parantha, place on the tawa & cook for a min.

Flip, apply a little ghee & turn over again.

Apply a little ghee on other side too & cook, turning sides till golden on both sides.

Arrange them on a serving plate & serve hot with butter.
