Mix together the chicken pieces, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, egg and cornflour. Keep aside while you prepare the onion, celery.

Heat oil a non stick pan. Add chicken pieces one by one. Cook each side 3 mins each on medium flame.

Once the chicken pieces brown slightly, add onion and celery stalks. Add salt and pepper. Cook till vegetables are semi soft.

Add coconut milk. Stir gently. Turn the chicken pieces so that it is well coated and cooks gently in The coconut milk sauce.

Add the celery leaves in the end. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the stove. Rest it for 2-3 minutes, before serving.

Serve with mashed potatoes, toasted garlic bread or steamed rice.

Additional details - Chicken pieces cooks pretty fast. Take care not to overcook. The consistency of the stew depends on your preference. You can pair this dish with red wine.
