Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Butter the baking tins with some prestige margarine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Place the blueberries in a separate bowl and toss the berries with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside. Beat the margarine until softened, add the sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract

Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with the flour. Mix until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries. Scrape the batter into the prepared tins and bake for about 55 to 65 minutes and the loaves are ready.
