Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. Less than 1 cup granulated sugar
  3. Less than 1 cup oil
  4. 1 cuporange juice
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  7. 14 gramsbaking powder
  8. as neededFlour
  9. 2apples, thinly sliced into crescent shapes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding the flour last along with the baking powder. Grease the pan with butter, pour in the mixture, and arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern on top. Place almonds in the center if desired, and bake in the oven.

    Once baked, brush with jam and return to the turned-off oven to let the jam soak in. Enjoy! 😋😋😋👍
